Text mod is a very useful tool that changes the texture of graphical elements of GW. There are a number of uses for it but one of the most popular is Cartography. It changes the clouded area of the map to a coloured zone making it more obvious which places you need to visit . You will have to run it with other files such as elona_cartography_made_easy etc... which can also be found on the web. When I get time I will post some addresses but if you search the wiki you will find help...

There are a number of .tpf files for various things including the 3 main areas, Cantha, Tyria and Elona. I suggest the best thing for you to do is search for the files, I got one for each area but the Elona one was very vague and I had to find another. The best ones I got were Canthan_cartography_made_easy.tpf, Tyrian_cartography_made_easy.tpf and Elonian_cartography_made_easy.tpf.
